All parts must be returned within warranty period.
All refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned part.
We do not refund shipping costs on any parts returned from outside the U.S.
We do not refund any special shipping requests made by customer IE: overnight, 2nd day air or 3rd day air fees.

Contact our office immediately upon receipt of a damaged part.
Save all packing material from shipped part.
We will instruct you with return procedures.
